Refunds and Replacements
I'm happy to replace your honey or refund the purchase price, should it be damaged or you have received the wrong item.
Please contact me within 3 days of your order date via email: firstname.lastname@example.org or call me on 07515 120538 with your name and reason for requesting a refund or replacement.
Refunds are made to the same form of payment used to make the original purchase.
Refunds and replacements apply under the following circumstances.
I pack the honey as safely as possible but damages still occur during delivery.
If you don't receive the honey that you ordered, I'll replace or refund in full.

Returning your items
If you are returning your order to me, please repack it safely and return it to me within 14 days of notifying me of the return. include your name and reason for return.

I’ll refund you the original purchase price within 5 working days of receiving it.
As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. These legal rights are not affected by your right of return and refund in this or anything else in these terms and conditions. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
